Summer Sport Performance Programs

Looking for the best off-season training program to prepare you for next season? Clayton Conditioning has the program for you. We offer individualized, semi-private, and sport-specific training to get you ready for your next season. 


Our summer programs are designed by trainers certified in one or more of the following areas:  

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • High Performance Coaching

  • Fitness Training

  • Sports Nutrition

We have worked with athletes of all levels and abilities. We welcome athletes of ALL levels and abilities AND design a program to meet their sport performance needs!

Nutritional Sessions – All athletes enrolled in our 2019 Spring/Summer Programs will be provided with nutritional education & guidance with athlete accountability challenges

Online/App Access - Never miss a workout or get “off track” because you can’t attend a session. All athletes will have 24/7 access to their individualized training program.

Distance Training Options - Any athlete who cannot participate in regularly schedule training sessions on-site at Clayton Conditioning, can still benefit from participating in our individualized, sport-specific training programs by using our Teambuildr app. Contact us for more information.

Discounts - 20% FAMILY DISCOUNT: for families with 2 or more athletes enrolled in our Dryland programs

20% TEAM/UNIVERSITY PROGRAM DISCOUNT: for athletes with program from accredited university or team

All Athletes will need to fill out registration forms, a liability waiver, and submit a $350 payment to be registered.
